General

Check in is from 2:00pm daily.
Check out is 10:00am daily.
Reception is located next to the stables at the bottom of Paradise Country. If you are driving, please follow the signs to Farmstay when arriving.

Eco tents (suitable for 2 people), with or without ensuite.
Family Eco tents (suitable for 4 people. max. 5), with or without ensuite.
Sites to cater for caravans or camper trailers as well as your own tent. Amenities Block with toilets and hot showers on site for your comfort.

Your Farmstay includes full use of Paradise Country so you don’t need to purchase additional entry for Paradise Country.
Tickets to Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and Wet‘n’Wild Gold Coast can be at purchased at the Homestead or purchased as part of a package at the time of making your reservation and prior to your stay.

The Gold Coast has a delightful subtropical climate. Average daytime temperature during summer (December to February) is 28 degrees Celsius. The average temperature in winter (June to August) is a very mild 21 degrees Celsius.

Yes stretchers in the Onsite Tents are supplied with linen.

Strictly no pets allowed.

We are open every day during school holidays and peak periods. However, we will be closed on selected Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from May – September. Please contact our friendly staff on 13 33 86 for further information.

Accomodation Packages

You can purchase a Farmstay plus Breakfast package prior to your visit that includes a full plated breakfast.

Alternatively, a full breakfast can be purchased during your stay at $20 per adult and $12.50 per child between the ages of 4-13 yrs. Children under 4 are free. You are very welcome to bring your own food and cooking facilities during your Farmstay.

*Camp ovens and BBQs are not permitted on the eco tent balconies.

Facilities

As of 19 June 2010, all accommodation rooms are non-smoking. Queensland anti-smoking laws prohibit smoking in areas other than the designated smoking areas. Please refer to the Map provided on check-in for locations.

Not if you are staying in one of our eco tents or onsite tents. We provide all linen including sheets, blankets, pillows and towels.
You will need to bring your own linen if you are staying on a camp or van site where you need to bring your own bedding.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and cooking facilities such as a camp oven or BBQ. *BBQs are not permitted on the eco tent balconies.
The Farmhouse Restaurant is open daily for breakfast and lunch and open for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights.

If you book an Eco Tent or Camp or Van Site which has shared facilities you will need to use the communal ablution block which is up to 100m walk from your accommodation.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club International and American Express cards.
An automatic teller machine is located in the Homestead gift shop.

All facilities within Paradise Country and the Farmstay are wheelchair accessible. We have options for Eco Tents that are accessible via ramps. Please enquire on reservation if you require specific needs.

Yes, all ECO tents have fans.

All Farmstay Eco Tents have padlocks on the Zip doors and a room safe is provided.

No gas lighting is to be used. Battery lanterns and lights are permitted.

Yes, we have two sinks with hot and cold water located at the back of the amenities block in the laundry.

Location & Access

You can park your car right next to your campsite.
A general car park for Paradise Country is complimentary open-air car parking for all guests including designated disabled parking.
