Our brand-new Wildlife Nutrition Centre offers guests an educational opportunity to see first-hand how we prepare diets for our animals and wildlife in park. All diets are scientifically formulated by our veterinary curatorial and consulting zoo nutrition team.
Paradise Country is accredited under the Zoo and Aquarium Association for positive animal welfare. Part of providing world class care to our animals is ensuring they receive a nutritious and stimulating diet.

A visit to the farm will put a smile on your dial as you come face to face with cows, horses, goats, sheep, farm dogs, Koalas and Kangaroos as well as Australia’s unique and wonderful wildlife!
Rabbit and her joey Bugs are two of the most interactive Red Kangaroos in our Wildlife Walkthrough exhibit, always eager to say hello to visitors. Even though Rabbit is the youngest of our adult females, she is a great mum having raised her first joey with us, Bunny, in 2017.
Don’t let his name and size fool you! General, the Red Kangaroo, is one of the biggest and sweetest natured animals here at Paradise Country. You will often find him snoozing under a tree or hanging out with his two closest pals, Ramrod and Bluey.
Tallow is a gentle and considerate Koala whose beauty is evident, both inside and out. Voted Australia’s cutest joey in 2019, Tallow appears happiest whilst sharing the love with cuddles all round. Taking after her mother, Prada, in more ways than just one, Tallow will often strike a stylish and fasionable pose whenever a camera is in hand.
Wildlife Walkthrough can be accessed via a gate on your way to the Farmyard Nursery.
