Farmstay Terms & Conditions


You agree to comply with and follow the Conditions of Stay when at Paradise Country.

We reserve the right to evict you from Paradise Country without refund (subject to any law to the contrary) in the event of any behaviour which we deem inappropriate, offensive or unlawful or otherwise in breach of the Conditions of Stay.

You are responsible for the security of your own personal property. We will not be responsible for the loss of any of your property from your accommodation or elsewhere at Paradise Country unless it can be attributed to our sole negligence.

If you park your vehicle in Paradise Country’s car park then you do so at your own risk. We will not be responsible for the loss of or damage to any vehicle, accessory or contents in or on any vehicle.

Use of the facilities and participation in activities at Paradise Country is at your sole risk. At no time should a parent, guardian or carer allow an infant or person under their care to use facilities or participate in an activity without their direct supervision.

Restrictions on access to Paradise Country’s facilities and activities (e.g. restaurant or Farm activities) may be imposed at any time due to safety or operational requirements.



Reservations are non-refundable and full payment must be made at time of booking. Changes to reservations may only be requested up to 24 hours before arrival date and are subject to availability and price change. A $25.00 fee is payable for reservation changes. If you do not check-in to your room or cancel your reservation you will forfeit the total cost of reservation.

All reservations made directly are subject to these terms and conditions. Person making the reservation must be 18 years or over and accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all persons staying under the reservation.

If booking via a travel agent the terms and conditions provided by the travel agent will apply.

NOTE: These terms and conditions may be varied due to product sale promotions which will be displayed at the time of booking. You must read any promotion details carefully and be aware of all terms and conditions related to the booking.

A reservation quote is an estimate only. Price and reservation are only guaranteed once full payment is made.

Total price of reservation comprises:

  • package or room rate multiplied by number of nights reserved,
  • guest numbers and,
  • any additional products/services selected.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend your booking in the event of a computer, website or system error which results in the display or communication of an incorrect accommodation rate or other incorrect details and will advise you as soon as possible after we become aware of any such error. In the event of cancellation we shall refund all monies you have paid to us. If the proposed amendment is not suitable to you we shall refund all monies you have paid to us.

If you:

  • Do not check-in at all.
  • Cancel your booking after you have checked in.

then the total cost of your booking is payable and all monies previously paid in respect of same are forfeited to us for our sole use and benefit absolutely and you are not entitled to a refund of any monies you have paid to us (subject to any law to the contrary) and must pay to us any outstanding monies to us without delay.

Changes to reservations may only be requested up to 24 hours before arrival date and are subject to availability and price change. A $25.00 fee is payable for reservation changes. If you wish to make changes please contact our reservations team on 13 33 86.

Valid government-issued photo identification to be presented on arrival, failing which booking may be cancelled and the full booking amount may be forfeited.

Security deposit is required at check-in: Credit Card: $50.00 per night of stay allowing you to room charge. On reaching this limit you must settle current charges. Further authorisation required for balance nights of stay to continue to room charge. Please note that digital forms of credit cards, google pay & apple pay are not currently accepted by us.

Cash: $200.00 refundable on departure after room check. Room charge is not available for cash paying guests.

Credit card used must be in the name of the person on the reservation.


Together with the Paradise Country Farmstay and Australian Outback Spectacular terms and conditions the following applies:

• Subject to availability.
• Block out dates apply.
• Payment required in full by credit card at time of booking.
• Reservations are non-refundable.

Surcharges apply for Friday & Saturday, school holidays, and other room types. Package includes 1 x general admission ticket to Australian Outback Spectacular’s Heartland for each guest booked, valid only for night of stay. Additional adults and children are $69 per person, per night including their Australian Outback Spectacular’s Heartland show ticket and entry to Paradise Country.

Please note Paradise Country is closed Anzac Day and Christmas Day.
